The volunteer opportunities listed below are designed to help get the donated items collected, sorted, and ready for pick up by the families we serve. We are once again able to take individual sign ups, but also welcome school, church, social, and family groups as well as work teams. We invite you to sign up as a volunteer group - it makes the experience even more fun and rewarding.
Fill-A-Truck & Drive-By Drop Off Events - A chance for a smaller group of volunteers to assist with collecting toys at one of our Fill-A-Truck or Drive-By Drop Off Events. (Multiple Dates and Times)
Sorting - Consists of coming to the facility and helping to organize the toys by gender and age group in order to make the bagging process run more smoothly. (Dec 12th) Groups can arrange to come in prior to this date when the rooms will be open to help sort for an hour or two.
Bagging - Consists of tracking and fulfilling the applications submitted for the program and getting the toys bagged and ready for the families to pick up. (Dec. 13th, 14th & 15th)
Distribution - Happens over a two-day period. Consists of locating each bag by family or application and distributing the bag to each family when they arrive to pick up their toys. This will be as contact-less as possible. (Dec. 17th)
